All requests for an estoppel certificate must be submitted through the Association’s Contact Form. Requestors are required to provide documentation verifying that they are the authorized designee of the parcel owner or mortgagee. All applicable fees must be paid in advance to the Association prior to processing.

• $250 – Standard Estoppel Certificate
• $350 – Expedited Estoppel Certificate (processed within three business days)
• $400 – Estoppel Certificate for a Delinquent Tract Owner
• $500 – Expedited Estoppel Certificate for a Delinquent Tract Owner
